As a Product Implementation Manager II, you will manage the implementation of business-focused projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for influencing a cross-functional team to understand and execute against assigned initiatives and ensure that work is completed on time and in line with business expectations. Your support and collaboration will be critical as you partner with stakeholders to analyze and plan for current and future bodies of work.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop work schedules and plans for assigned large and complex implementations with multiple contingencies and undefined deliverables
  • Collaborate with business partners such as legal, regulatory, and IT to ensure appropriate scope and considerations are included in the implementation plan
  • Identify and secure resources and functional leaders needed for implementations and to ensure compliance with regulations or product design
  • Coordinate, direct, and hold resources accountable, including helping teams in negotiating ownership of specific impacts in the implementations
  • Provide direction to ensure the team defines and scopes the impact of changes, supporting with creative ideas to assist in problem-solving implementation challenges
  • Communicate formally and informally with audiences across, including senior managers
  • Monitor implementation goals and schedules
  • Identify any gaps in processes, ensuring that solutions are found, communicated, and documented
  • Synthesize disparate observations and data to create conclusions and make recommendations for stakeholders
  • Create and distribute status reports
  • Conduct post-implementation lessons learned evaluation

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent of 4 years of business experience (Required)
  • Three years of business, project, or implementation management experience (Required)
  • Previous project management experience (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of insurance products and regulations. Experience in health care or regulated environment. (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated skills facilitating and gathering requirements for complex implementation solutions and experience seeking input from stakeholders to solve difficult problems with complex solutions. (Preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments running concurrently. (Preferred)
