Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design user interfaces for enterprise products.
  • Generate personas, user flows, wireframes, mock ups, prototypes, information architecture, and style guides.
  • Facilitate task analysis and usability studies.
  • Understand customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality.
  • Skills: 3-5 years work related experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design or user experience design required.
  • Experience creating wireframes, mock ups, or prototypes is required.
  • Experience facilitating usability studies is required.
  • Fluency with standard design software tools (Figma, etc) required.
  • Experience designing for enterprise products is a plus.
  • Must have the ability to understand and integrate customer needs and motivations into specific areas of product design to contribute to user features and functionality.
  • Strong communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate with other discipline preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, or Interaction Design preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of interaction design or user experience design
  • Fluency with standard design software tools (Figma, etc)
  • Experience designing for enterprise products
