Job Description
The Retail Shareholder Engagement Product Analyst will play an important role in helping drive growth in the corporate issuer business. You will work as part of the Product Management Team helping identify and manage product initiatives in support of Issuer growth objectives and increasing Retail Engagement.
Key Roles and Responsibilities- Lead identification, analysis and documentation of current/future-state business process
- Perform gap analysis to determine current/future state and process flows
- Develop and improve written specifications with other teams
- Provide status reports on an ongoing basis, stating progress, risks and issues
Technical / Operational
- Translate product features into technical & development specifications
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive technical execution including prioritization
- Ensure that technology decisions are designed for scale and serviceability
- Own product documentation
- Ensure alignment between developed code and original spec (e.g. UAT) prior to sending to QA
- Compose business requirements documents and write/participate in functional requirements
Strategic
- Work closely with client key technical counterpart to understand needs
- With PM, Product Specialist, convert high-level customer needs to scalable features
- Work with the development teams to prioritize and develop
Process

Requirements:
- Good issuer product knowledge and/or product management/analyst experience
- Strong organizational, communication and collaborative skills in diverse work groups
- Project management, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Ability to perform under pressure, stay organized and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, and flexible in changing functions
- Ability to prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner
- Ability to drive execution and collaborate with peers
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
