Job Description

SafeSourcing is an eProcurement solutions company providing eRFX strategic services and tools to clients. We are a fast growing company in an expanding business field.

The Account Manager will work to execute the strategies outlined by SafeSourcing Project Managers. It is expected that the Account Manager will develop and take on additional responsibilities over time.

The Account Manager’s key responsibility is coordination and completion of eProcurement events including RFIs, RFPs and RFQs. The Account Manager is responsible for providing technical and functional expertise during event processes as well as researching categories, suppliers, supply chains, and item specifications.

Required Skills and Education

· Must be proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and Internet search tools.

· Must be accountable, responsible, work independently, and take ownership of your projects with a high level of self-motivation.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone/email/in-person)

· Strong analytical skills.

· College degree or equivalent work experience required.

· Must be able to work from home, including reliable internet, WiFi, a quiet environment to make phone calls, and the ability to check in and accomplish task independently.

· Must be able to install and set up provided computer equipment, including monitor, VoIP phone, and WiFi Extender.

· Must have reliable transportation to meet with team in person as needed or on a weekly basis.
