The clerk many also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • The Processing Clerk performs clerical tasks to enable the processing operation to meet all regulatory requirements. Collects and enters data for Government and company records. Analyze and reconcile the data prior to entry to ensure accuracy for spirits usage, lot tracking, and booking of finished goods. Assist as need in regularly scheduled inventory functions for Government reporting, including but not limited to month and year-end physical inventory activities. As needed, audit system entries completed by Processing employees to ensure all information is entered into the system right the first time; training/retraining of employees on rec
  • Ensure documentation of receipts, data entry, and inventory of bulk, raw materials and other supplies is accurately maintained, with results properly balanced and filed. Initiate and complete required reports, such as Bottling Tank Report. Complete inbound and outbound shipment paperwork. Identify, investigate and correct errors. Conduct month end physical inventory activities and reporting.
  • Work closely with manager to improve skills, which will lead to improved performance and benefit professional growth as well and the company's success. Implement a Performance Development Plan that will facilitate an improvement in at least one competency at any given time and facilitate improving performance against the positions description outcomes.
  • Evaluates, suggests and participates in department process improvements program. Focuses on improvement of process recording and reporting flows.
  • Document Processing Department processes, continually evaluate and suggest improvement and then be a driving force behind approved change implementation. Streamline the document management flow to reduce or eliminate unproductive or inefficient activities.
  • Continually seek ways to improve performance as measured by Key Performance Indicators. Cross-train in order to increase knowledge, improve processes, and to improve intra- and inter-departmental communications. Continuously review processes for improvement and to increase productivity and efficiency. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices.
  • Develop and maintain solid professional working relationships inside and outside the company. Set a positive example and act in a manner consistent with company values.   • Meet internal and external customer requirements by ensuring that daily production data for Processing is collected and entered into System 21 accurately and timely. Provide Bulk Spirit tanker administrative support for receipts and withdrawals. Calculate and communicate correct product batch amounts. Verify calculations and balances via several reports run on daily, monthly and quarterly intervals. Inform relevant departments and personnel of quality information, issues, and corrections. Research issues and recommends corrections as needed.
