Job Description
We seek someone who is passionate about processes and turning complex information into effective and relevant communications to join our Consumer Care team.

We seek people who:
  • Create process improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, recommend business improvements and increase efficiency
  • Deliver effective written communications – including email, training tailored for specific audiences, print and online reference materials
  • Provide research and resolution to issues that impact our call center agents or customers, identifying the root cause of noise
  • Seek to improve and pro-actively ensure the customer and agent experience

We seek people with the following qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional writing & communication skills
  • Technical problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work in several applications simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to successfully manage multiple projects
  • Proactive, self-motivated and self-accountable
  • Contact center or retain experience and SharePoint proficiencies are a plus
