We seek people who:
- Create process improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, recommend business improvements and increase efficiency
- Deliver effective written communications – including email, training tailored for specific audiences, print and online reference materials
- Provide research and resolution to issues that impact our call center agents or customers, identifying the root cause of noise
- Seek to improve and pro-actively ensure the customer and agent experience
We seek people with the following qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Exceptional writing & communication skills
- Technical problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work in several applications simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with ability to successfully manage multiple projects
- Proactive, self-motivated and self-accountable
- Contact center or retain experience and SharePoint proficiencies are a plus
