Job Description

This position is for a Private Personal Assistant/Social Media Aid. This job is a perfect ENTRY LEVEL position for someone with a busy schedule that needs something flexible or for someone just looking to make a little extra money.

The job will be 1099 and the tasks are welcome to be done on your OWN time, with proof of deliverables and time worked, but if you are a quick worker tasks can be done in 2hours, for others it may take longer, and some weeks there will be less work, others there will be more.

A few tasks will need to be performed in person and the perfect hire for this position will be someone that matches my energy, organization, and someone who I can trust in my home, with my children(Cats), and who I can have fun taking photos with and take meeting clients and friends. : )

Tasks for this role include, but are not limited to:

Admin:

  • QuickBooks organization
  • Reach out to potential clients
  • Meet with businesses and form relationships, as well as pass out promotional info

Social Media:

  • Caption writing
  • Post organization
  • Engaging with other accounts
  • Email potential podcast guests
  • Researching surrounding business and clients niches
  • Minor photography for social media
  • Minor editing in Canva or Lightroom(adding text/effects/filters/elements) and getting ready for posting

Personal Assisting:

  • Pet Errands
  • Ordering/Picking up Groceries
  • Shopping/Taking care of buying/selling Apparel
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Light cleaning
  • Home organization
