West-Camp Press, one of the industry’s leading graphic service providers, is hiring printer press machine helpers in our Wide Format and Digital departments. This position is responsible to help the machine operators keep the presses running by feeding paper, unloading finished product and keeping the machine stocked with the required materials.

This is a fulltime, entry level position. You do not need previous experience, just an enthusiasm for your job, desire to learn and be a dependable team member. In exchange, you can build a lifelong career supported with great benefits and compensation, including company ownership.

To join this excellent group, you will need to have pride in your work, be driven by team goals and able to work with a sense of urgency under tight deadlines. 1st and 2nd shift available. 2nd shift is 4- 10 hour days, Monday -Thursday.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Able to read and comprehend basic instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication with coworkers.
• Able to do basic mathematics such as add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Thrive in a team environment that works effectively with a sense of urgency.
• Able to perform routine tasks with little variance for hours at a time.

Physical Efforts:

This job requires a lot of physical activity such as standing for long periods of time, walking and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
