Print Production/Graphic Design Specialist

The Print Production Associate operates the Center’s print center for both graphic design and production. He or she will work with customers to create, schedule, and produce their print products.

The ideal candidate has one to two years of experience in a similar role or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, knowledge of printing concepts, and production experience with digital printing and bindery equipment. Aside from Graphic Design and Print Skills, the applicant MUST have a history in the customer service field and be able to handle/perform the following:

1) Fast paced environment where learning on the fly is crucial.
2) High incoming traffic with a heavy volume of customer interactions on a daily basis.
3) Computer based shipping programs where computer skill and attention to detail is key.
4) Repeated tasks/procedures associated with customer returns through Amazon/ATT/Comcast, etc.
5) Show initiative in staying busy and not wasting time or deferring responsibilities to others.
6) Work extremely well as a team with others to maximize the production of the days tasks.
