We are looking for a motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager - Technical to join the team. Our scope will grow substantially and we are looking for a strong leaders to build best in class publisher experiences, and deliver a scalable system that will delight customers worldwide. ** This is a highly visible position with significant impact and growth. You will work cross functionally with engineering, science, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and legal. You will be responsible for defining a new vision of how publishers monetize their offering across web, app, video, audio, and out of home. You will be required to invent new solutions in the context of a rapidly changing industry. You will be responsible for partnering closely with engineering to set priorities and make tradeoffs for your products. You will lead the go to market process and own pricing, messaging, sales channels, and support models. Finally, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your products including revenue, customer concerns, and long term success. Key job responsibilities Set a world wide product vision for your publisher customers Develop and execute product roadmaps and delivery commitments; Make prioritization tradeoffs based on a deep understanding of underlying technical services Execute a go to market strategy across marketing, sales, service, and operations channels Drive the success of your product through scalable mechanisms A day in the life Spending time with publishers, advertisers, agencies, and partners about their needs Understand ingthe external landscape and industry developments Developing product visions and working backwards documents Reviewing engineering designs, U/X mocks, marketing artifacts, for the highest impact deliverables Creating compelling messaging that excites your customers Consistently improving the quality of your products through inspection and execution
Experience with Supply Side Technologies A track record of shipping software with low latency, high transaction volume, and large data sets. Prior experience as an engineer or advanced degree in Computer Science, MBA or equivalent.
