Dümmen Orange is the world’s largest breeder and propagator of cut flowers, bulbs, tropical plants, pot plants, bedding plants and perennials. For our Finance department in Columbus, OH, we are looking for a Pricing and Program Coordinator.

As a Pricing and Program Coordinator you will work on creation of programs, communication of programs, set up, testing of programs and troubleshooting, quoting, and correcting of data as needed.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Programs
- Work with PM’s on assortment details
- Adds, drops, new intros
- Royalties, tag pricing
- Work with Business Analyst to price all new programs
- Broker communication of new programs
- Including travel to release programs or troubleshoot
- Includes Volume reports provided by Business Analyst
- Internal communication of programs
- RSM, CSR, IT Team, Program Managers
- Work with IT to set up availability files
- Forecast settings, Combined constraints, Deadlines, cut-offs, adds/drops
- troubleshooting
- Assist in maintaining PRAVDA for/with PM’s.
- Turn items on or off
- Component updates on confetti mixes
- Program Updates
- Assist with setting up program in Brokers systems
- Making test orders with Brokers to verify setup and flow of communications
- Maintain master program status list
- Maintain individual program status sheets
- Maintain master list of all items
Quoting
- Main point of contact to create customer quotes at the request of RSM’s
- Maintain Broker Volume Levels Sheet
- Review Annually with Sales Managers against purchased volumes
- Communicate the Volume levels to the brokers with the release of yearly programs
MasterData
- Make corrections to items and order to ensure all is working properly.
- Communicate and receive communication from CS team on items not working
- Maintain & Update Cultivation Schedules
- BOM setup and maintenance
- Item naming maintenance
- Test Orders
IT Troubleshooting – Availability and Website
- Work with local and EU IT teams to identify and resolve PAT issues
- Work with local IT and CS/Planning on any PAT issue
- Work with local and EU IT teams to test new features or processes
- Example, Orchid Avail and order processing
NA PAT Super User
- Gather issues
- Participate in meetings and discussions
- Test changes
Resource for both Internal Teams & Brokers
- Assist / Update our CSR team on a weekly basis for issues arising
- Assist Brokers with program issues or questions
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of one to three years of proven work experience in a similar job, preferably in horticulture;
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and team player facilitating cross-functional collaboration;
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications, particularly with Excel;
- Drive for improvements and motivated by rapidly changing organizations.
