To identify, perform and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as necessary to support Asset Performance Management, utilizing the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for continuing maintenance, operations, and safety issues.
Qualifications
Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Must be competent in using the Windows operating system and related software applications.
Must be able to develop proficiency in facility CMMS software eMaint.
Experience in a maintenance/plant-related position a plus.
Essential Functions With input from the Director, be able to develop an understanding of the various system components of equipment.
Research equipment manuals to determine repair requirements and recommend effective preventive maintenance.
Oversee facility CMMS software, including but not limited to the following:
Identification of equipment by hierarchy (Location, System, Equip, I.D.)
Identification/ labeling of equipment using established equipment identification codes.
Inputting equipment information into CMMS.
Work Schedule
As assigned, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays.
