Job Description

The Goddard School located in Parker is currently interviewing for full-time lead teachers for Preschool/Pre-K classroom. We have immediate availability.

We are currently looking for energetic, passionate, creative teachers that will help grow our program by providing a developmentally appropriate classroom, where the children feel safe and are allowed to freely explore their environment. Our program enhances children's emotional, social, intellectual and physical development.

Lead Teachers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards while implementing lesson plans based on Goddard Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes.

All candidates, who wish to be considered for the position of Lead Teacher must meet one or more of the following criteria, in addition to any/all requirements that may be mandated by their state and/or local licensing authorities:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development.
  • A current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential.
  • Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • The minimum requirement would be having ECE 101 or 103 and one other Early Childhood Education Course and a minimum of 1 year of verifiable and documented experience working with children ages birth to age 8 OR have a credential level 2 through Colorado Shines.

Compensation is based on credentials, experience and tenure in the industry.
