Job Description
Job Summary:
Directly responsible for driving healthcare transformation in better health, better cost, better patient experience, continuous clinical quality improvement, and provider-led care team performance. This position is a subject matter expert in quality, Value Based Programs, and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) programs. This position is responsible for championing strategic initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and provider led care teams to meet or exceed goals. Hands-on expertise in quality management, data analytics, workflow optimization, and clinical process improvement. The position functions in a matrixed environment, requiring collaboration across the organization.

Education - Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Process Improvement, Project Management, Data Analysis, Public Health, Coaching and/or related field.



Education - Preferred:
  • Master's Degree in Quality, Process Improvement, Project Management, Data Analysis, Public Health, Coaching and/or related field.



Experience - Required:
  • 3 years in the ambulatory care environment implementing change or value-based healthcare consulting



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
  • Ability to effectively lead and facilitate teams toward outcomes with increasing practice independence over time.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills and has the ability to interpret data and integrate information to generate a positive change.
  • Demonstrates use of an empowering approach to build and sustain a culture of improvement within the primary care organization.
  • Demonstrates motivation for learning through independent reading, professional networking, and/or attending relevant conferences and workshops.
  • Exhibits flexibility and positive attitude about unexpected changes and fluctuating workloads.
  • Effective working knowledge of utilizing data to drive change, particularly for the improvement of operational and quality outcomes.
  • Exhibits strong group facilitation skills and ability to interact with diverse teams.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and adept at relationship building.

Location: Lehigh Valley Health Network · Strategic Operations
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift, M-F; 8:00a-4:30p
