Overview:
Directly responsible for the oversight of daily operations and staff supervision of two physician business units or one unique specialty practice. Insures professional and technical operation of clinical unit with moderate complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis with minimal supervision by clinic administration. Responsible for the overall management of the business units in accordance with Clinic Initiatives: Physician Satisfaction, Co-Worker Satisfaction, Patient Satisfaction, Quality, and Business Performance. Performs all related duties as assigned. Reports to Director of Operations or VP of Operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience: 4 or more years experience in a physician or medical office required. Lead or supervisory experience required
- Other skills & knowledge: (skills, knowledge, abilities) Knowledge of managed care billing practices required. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office required
