Position SummaryThe Department of Radiology in conjunction with the Department of Physics and Astronomy is seeking a Post-Doctoral Research Associate. The postdoctoral Research Associate will be primarily responsible for hardware programming related to novel x-ray imaging devices.
They should have a working knowledge of programming for machine control or machine vision and an interest in the development of novel medical imaging systems. Important programming languages include C#, Labview and familiarity with medical imaging or image capture. They will work with a dynamic team of physicists, engineers and physicians to develop unique imaging hardware for clinical applications.
Educational RequirementsPhD or PhD candidate with background in engineering, physics or computer science is required
Qualifications and ExperienceExperience in the area of hardware integration programming.
