Job Description
Description: This Program Manager will be responsible for program execution of a portfolio of R&D programs and related activities in the Mission Solutions Innovations APD Area. Innovations includes a collection of programs/studies and captures for a diverse set of customers. In this capacity, the selected candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of these contracts. This program area also includes several new business campaigns and cross LOB support.
The team is seeking a high potential and high performing leader with relevant AI/ML Program Management experience and demonstrated ability to collaborate pro-actively within diverse teams is needed to support program performance and execution excellence.

The team is seeking a high potential and high performing leader with relevant AI/ML Program Management experience and demonstrated ability to collaborate pro-actively within diverse teams is needed to support program performance and execution excellence.
In this dynamic role you will:
- Be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract to include cost, schedule, and performance.
- Conduct quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR)
- Develop responses to prime Requests for Proposals (RFP)
- Act as a liaison to the Customer, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee development of financial and Earned Value Management (EVM) reports
- Conduct and support System Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings to discuss program status and issues.
- Ensure a comprehensive strategy across all contracts and opportunities in this important customer environment.
- Demonstrated program execution and management through successful implementation of earned value management principles, techniques, and processes on a small to mid-size system subcontract.
- Excellent business acumen combined with creative problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by architecting business deals, developing and negotiating proposals and establishing financial commitments.
- Relevant experience in managing relationships with customers on a small or mid-size program. Candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaboratively manage customer expectations, resolve conflict, set achievable results and influence a customer team.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with, leverage and utilize multiple functional and business areas within LM to solve large scale complex problems.
- Experience executing IDIQ or similar contracts.
- Candidates require active TS/SCI clearance: This position requires a security clearance or special access as set forth by the U.S. Government
- Space Command and Control (C2) systems experience and Space Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) experience a plus
- Program Management and/or Technical leadership experience on sustainment programs
- Experience leading Agile teams, utilizing Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with Earned Value Management, specifically on an Agile program
- Ability to manage multiple independent DevSecOps efforts simultaneously.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others
- Demonstrated program execution and management through successful implementation of earned value management principles, techniques, and processes on a small to mid-size R&D or prototype contract/subcontract.

- Ability to manage multiple independent DevSecOps efforts simultaneously.
