Porter

The porter will work under the grounds maintenance team and will provide support related to outdoor building cleanliness and basic landscaping, grounds care, with a focus on overall upkeep of the resort.

• Carry out basic grounds maintenance and facilities management
• Building cleanliness including but not limited to, cobwebs, bird drippings, sweeping sidewalks and entrances, flower planters and parking lot detail
• Assist with Even Site preparation and cleanliness for weddings, members, guests and corporate business.
• Assist with basic landscaping such as trimming, raking, blowing, weed control including use of backpack sprayer.
• Ability to assist the Golf and Grounds Depts., with other required tasks as set forth by the sales team, management, and/or outside contractors.
• Understanding the focus on priorities, guests concerns or needs, and overall upkeep of the resort.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean and organized.
• Report any safety concerns or violation to supervisors.
