ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensures that unsafe conditions and issues of the community are reported to the Lead Maintenance.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of all common areas of the community, including but not limited to office, model, vacant units, clubhouse, restrooms, pool area, pet stations, grills, fitness centers, laundry rooms, etc.
• Obtains a list of vacant units that need to be cleaned and submit to Lead Maintenance in a timely manner.
• Wash or replace filters on HVAC units as requested by the Lead Maintenance.
• Inform Lead Maintenance of supply needs, maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and monitors inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to MSDS.
• Perform ground maintenance activities including but not limited to trimming hedges, removing weeds, spreading mulch, raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, watering designated vegetation as needed, blowing of breezeways, up keep of the community pool, and outdoor light fixtures.
• Assist in the preparation of make-ready units, including cleaning, removing trash from vacant units (trash outs), and meticulously maintains curb appeal before make-ready as needed.
• Complete light-duty maintenance tasks, including but not limited to caulking, change locks, replace screens, replace door stops, change air conditioning filters, replace light bulbs, etc.
• Complete assigned “work orders,” in a timely manner as requested by the Lead Maintenance.

• Compensation is dependent upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
