Job Requirements:
  • RN-Bachelor's Level Degree - NURSING
  • Required: Health Insurance Industry - 5 years, Healthcare - 5 years
  • Required: Registered Nurse
  • Experience with HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Sets), CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems), DMAS (Department of Medical Assistance Services)-Medicaid Performance Withhold Programs.
  • Preferred: Excellent communication and presentation skills

The Performance Improvement Coordinator serves as a key member of Sentara Health Plans Population Health and Performance Improvement team. This position works collaboratively with internal, aligned team members (SMG, SQCN Medical Group), the Health System and other key stakeholders to: facilitate the health plan achievement of the Quadruple Aim (i.e. Improved physician experience, improved patient outcomes, Lower cost of care and improved member experience), by facilitating the development and implementation of health plan level measure improvement interventions and strategies through collaboration with key clinical, medical, health plan team members and other key stakeholders.

RN-Bachelor's Level Degree - NURSING
