Pool Server/Food Runner

About the Role
As the weather warms and the summer season begins, we are beginning our search for enthusiastic, service-hearted individuals to join our Splash Café serving team! As a Pool Server, you will provide our members, their families and guests a memorable experience as they enjoy our seasonal pool and dining facilities.

Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
Job Type: Seasonal full-time & seasonal part-time positions available
Schedule/Shift: This is a seasonal position beginning in the end of May through early September. Shifts available Monday – Sunday between the hours of 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Your Contribution to Our Team Includes:

• Serves members and guests on the pool desk by taking orders, delivering food, and ensure an excellent experience
• Responsible for completing opening/closing side work in addition to maintaining the overall cleanliness of Splash Cafe and pool service areas

- You are a self-starter and work well independently, but also take direction and enjoy being a team-player
- You take pride in your work and are committed to do things the right way because shortcuts do not serve excellence
- You are dedicated to serving others, regardless of whether it is an internal or external customer because we expect our team members to have hearts for service

Must-Have Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Prior serving experience is a plus, but is not required as training will be provided
- Clear background screening and employment authorized
- A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
