Plumbing Technician Experienced

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professional residential service & repair plumbers. We do not work with new construction. 1 day ride along with technician required during 2nd part of interview process.

We service the Sacramento County, El Dorado County, San Joaquin County, Stanislaus County, Contra Costa County, Alameda County, Santa Clara County & San Mateo County.

We are looking for professional people with a minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional plumbing experience of drain line cleaning for residential & commercial properties. Along with knowledge, diagnosis & experience of repairs, clearing stoppages & mainlines, knowledge of water heaters, toilets, & faucet repairs and installation, among various other items.

You are required to have your own hand tools.

This is a full time position with year round consistent work.

You are required to have a valid California drivers license with a clean driving record. You must present a DMV driving history record at the time of your interview.

We will provide service vehicle & uniform.

Responsibilities and Duties

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and / or replacements of all plumbing items.

Drive to various cities in our service areas. Ability to drive upwards 2 to 3 hours per day.

Water heater repairs & installations. Clogged drains (must know how to use all cable machines) pipe repairs, garbage disposals, toilet replacement & repairs, sink repair & replacement, crawl space & under home repairs.

Must be able to enter and exit trucks without endangering yourself or others and able to lift heavy equipment, water heaters, toilets, etc.

Able to lift up to 100lbs.

Maintain inventory levels in company trucks.

Qualifications and Skills

Effective and professional communication skills with customers.

Valid California drivers license & clean driving record - no moving violations

Clean background check

Acceptable & verifiable professional & personal references

Pre-employment and random drug testing

High school diploma or GED

Professional plumbing experience required

Neat & clean-cut appearance.

Dependability, reliability & punctuality is a must.

1 day ride along with technician required during 2nd part of interview process.

Job Type: Full-time various days / hours. Nights, weekends and some holidays will be required.

Compensation based on experience, plus incentives and bonus programs

Pay: $36,330.00 - $85,736.00 per year
