What you will do:

  • Compliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards
  • Competent operation of all liquid plant systems
  • Measure bulk tanks, loading and offloading bulk tanks
  • Monitor and oversee quality control of mixing and blending the product
  • Handle all aspects of receiving, shipping, and storing of liquid fertilizer
  • Maintain and account for inventory
  • Engage in Preventative Maintenance Program on equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • CDL may be required
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record of delivering on commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, math and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Good attendance required
