We are essential to our communities. To deliver on our products and solutions commitment to our national customers, we need a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations in our production facility in North Salt Lake, UT. You will be responsible for the overall plant production and day-to-day operations, manage budgets, CAPEX, and reports, lead continuous improvements and lean initiatives, and promote employee engagement, improve retention, and have transparent communication with the team on goals and objectives.

As Plant Manager, you will need to be a decisive leader with a clear understanding of effective manufacturing practices in the areas of safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery.
