The Position:
We are looking for a Full-time Plant Health Care Sales Professional. Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers by providing top-notch customer service.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Up-sell and sell additional products/services to existing clients.
• Meet business production goals and objectives as established
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Documents all customer interactions and history in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database on a daily basis.
• Prospecting and/or qualifying new leads to assist with sales campaign activities.
• Occasional cold-calling to help promote Arbor Care products.
• Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information.
  

Preferred Education:

• Associates Degree preferred from an accredited college or university in Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Business or a related field.
• Certified Arborists License or ability to have a license within 6 months of hire.

Additional Information
This position has exposure to inclement weather, insects, and pesticides (safety training provided).
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
