JOB INFORMATION: Physician Outreach Representative – Hayward, CA

Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000, plus Cash Bonus based on new customer growth: est. $10,000-$36,000, plus startup equity (stock options).

Get in on the ground floor of a hyper-growth startup already transforming the $300 billion retail pharmacy industry. NowRx is poised to revolutionize retail pharmacy with state-of-the art technology and business processes enabling free, same day delivery. NowRx has been operating for over 5 years in Silicon Valley and has over 18,000 customers and has delivered over 100,000 prescriptions. Now we are expanding into the East Bay in Alameda County.

NowRx is not only far more convenient for patients but also provides several significant time-saving benefits to prescribing physicians and their office staff. These benefits to physicians are the key to our success. The Physician Outreach Representative (POR) engages prescribing physicians and their offices in face-to-face discussions to promote the NowRx Pharmacy service and engender new patient referrals. – so far, physician referrals have accounted for 95%+ of our new customers/patients. The more physicians hear good things about NowRx from their patients that try it, the more the physicians refer patients to NowRx.

We are now looking for a very special individual to become a Physician Outreach Representative in our Hayward territory.

As we scale our business there will be opportunities for advancement as we grow our team across multiple locations and new territories.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required.

· 1-3 years experience selling products or services to Prescribing Physicians and/or Healthcare Professionals.

· Prior pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales within preferred.

· Knowledge of the medical, healthcare or pharmacy industry and skills in clinical selling

· Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills.

· Experience in successfully managing all aspects of a sales territory

· Professional and friendly demeanor. Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships

· Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative

· 90% travel within your territory: San Fernando Valley

· Technical aptitude and basic computer skills

· A valid driver's license and safe driving record
