Physical Therapy Technician/Receptionist

Interest in wanting to become a physical therapist or physical therapy assistant? Looking to find a full time Physical Therapy Technician/Receptionist for our office with a great personality and passion for patient care. Job requirements are as follows

• Manage front desk on a daily basis and perform administrative and clerical duties
• Set up and take down patients on various modalities
• Reviewed exercise instructions with patients
• Instruct/demonstrate therapeutic exercise.
• Insurance verification/obtaining authorizations
• Completed chart preparation and record copying
• Answered phones, recorded and relayed message
• Schedule follow up appointments
• Collect payments
• Chart maintenance
• Scan documents

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
