Pacsun is looking for multiple forward thinking professionals in the space of social media, Influencers, video content, and photography, who have an appreciation for fashion and learning.
Each internship will run for a definite three month period.Responsibilities:
This program will challenge your ability to think critically and creatively. You will learn to present ideas and gain exposure to all areas of the business, by working directly with a high level executive. Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department. This is a paid internship ($15.00/hour), that's right; we're paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we're at it. Pacsun is looking for multiple forward thinking professionals in the space of social media, Influencers, video content, and photography, who have an appreciation for fashion and learning.
Each internship will run for a definite three month period.Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional partners to calendar weekly shoots.
- Maintain photo production timelines
- In partnership with Manager research, evaluate, negotiate and book models, wardrobe stylist assistants, hair and make-up artists, etc.
- Book shoot locations.
- Process payment for all production vendors, including but not limited to vendor setup, purchase order creation, and payment follow-up
- Delivery final assets links to agencies for us in portfolios and social networks
- Attend photo shoots and agency castings as needed
- Set up, organize, and attend off-site events (may include nights, evenings and weekends)
- Attend meetings, create presentations, present ideas, create reports, handle calendars, etc.

- Must be available to work full time schedule
- Passion for fashion, retail, and process improvement
- Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization skills
- Creative writing skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- PowerPoint presentation skills
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
- The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
- Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
- Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
- Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel Required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
