HarperRand is currently looking to hire a part-time Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor for an established Phlebotomy Technician program at our Live Oak, TX location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Instruct students in all aspects of the Pharmacy Technician Field.
Report and record student performance and progress.
Prepare students in 182 hours of class time, to go on to a 120-hour externship in a retail or hospital Pharmacy.
Assist students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideas appropriate to the health care profession.
Provide a professional role model for students.
Requirements and Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
3 years experience in the Pharmacy field.
Teaching and/or supervisory experience desirable.
Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
Efficient with computers and technology.
Organized and detail oriented.
Must understand all Pharmacy related medical math concepts and be able to teach them to class.
