We are seeking a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to make deliveries to and from the pharmacy, clinic, and resident homes. The Pharmacy Delivery Driver may help in the pharmacy when no deliveries are scheduled.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (shifts rotate by week). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 1200 N WEST AVE, SUITE 500, JACKSON, MI, 49202.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Loads vehicles with medications/products for delivery
• Provides timely and accurate completion of deliveries in a professional and courteous manner
• Verifies receipt and provides valid signature for proof of receipt of all items delivered
• Processes any required paperwork according to established procedures
• Assists in maintaining a clean pharmacy environment by performing various housekeeping tasks
• Shreds paperwork for disposal
• Stocks pharmacy supplies
• Light computer data entry
• Various other duties as may be assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
• Valid applicable state driver’s license, proof of insurance, and good driving record
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (shifts rotate by week)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service experience
• Delivery Driver / Pharmacy experience
• Consistent access to reliable transportation for making deliveries

Soft Skills:

• Ability to read and follow maps and directions to customer locations
• Professional when dealing with team members and the public
