Immerse Global is a clean-water technology firm that engineers eco filtration and medical devices. The company has created a medical division and medical board representing leaders in different medical specialties as diverse as Nephrology, Infectious Disease, and Urology.
The group represents a broad section of the clinical community with multidisciplinary backgrounds which will advise Immerse Global regarding their current portfolio, with a specific focus on new and emerging technologies as well as future clinical trends.
The ideal candidate will work with management team to identify medical leaders and practitioners to enlist in Medical Board. The position will focus on representing new and emerging technologies and does not entail the sale of pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities:
- Understand health care industry and market dynamics, trends, competitors, regulations and managed health care environment
- Targets and achieves call plan metrics to specified accounts within the assigned territory, which may include physicians’ offices, clinics, hospitals, retail pharmacies or other venues where assigned accounts operate
- Develops and implements a territory business plan which is aligned to and consistent with marketing and account management strategies and tactics
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the company and medical board goals to support a rich sales interaction with medical professionals
- Develops productive relationships with key influencers within the assigned territory to support business development and gain access to area decision-makers
- Collaborate within a virtual team environment to coordinate business efforts
- Analyze trends to effectively identify future business opportunities
- Prepares in advance of company meetings by completing assignments fully and to specification
- Accurately and fully submits assigned reports, including expense reporting, by due dates
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Five or more years of direct selling experience with major Pharmaceutical/Medical Company to healthcare professionals in a medical setting
- Previous experience with product launches preferred
- Previous experience building your own sales team preferred
- Measurable record of sales accomplishments showing significant impact on territory growth and revenue
- Local account and customer relationships
- Success in key account management selling environment (MD., RN, office staff, RPh)
- Strategic thinking, analytical and reasoning abilities
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities. Demonstrates tactfulness, maturity and flexibility
- Individual performer with ability to work cross functionally with team members, internal team business partners and customers to achieve objectives
