Responsibilities

While reporting to the Syneos Health District Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible to implement the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.

Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following:

  • Work within an assigned territory utilizing all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
  • Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.
  • Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
  • Neurology experience preferred
  • Proven and consistent track record of success in exceeding results
  • Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building success via in person and e-promotion
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed
  • Strong communication skill, both written and verbal
