Pest Control – Outside Sales/Production Manager

Position will involve combination of duties that is focused first on outside sales, next on managing and training our currently small tech team, and finally, occasionally assisting in the field until adequate growth has been achieved. WHO WILL SUCCEED:

Minimum 5 full years pest control experience required, preferably in Oregon/Washington, as well as holding current Oregon Certified Pesticide Applicator license (CPA, not APL - apprentice.) Having your Oregon structural license is strongly preferred but not absolutely required. (If not held, you will need to take and pass it.) Additionally, minimum verifiable 5 full years of pest control sales and management experience separate of field experience is also required.

Job will involve mixture of primarily business development (prospecting and procuring contracts for multi-residential, commercial and industrial customers,) secondarily management (managing and motivating technicians, training new techs, operational guidance,) and on rare occasion filling in as field tech during the occasional crunch until sales growth allows more tech hiring. We do a solid job attracting single family residential business but are ready to expand into broader areas of the pest business.

BENEFITS:

Reasonable Earning Expectations: $90-100K+ first full year, $115-150K second year thereafter. $150K+ is reasonably possible for top level, hand working candidates. Good base salary plus strong commission and bonus structure, health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement contributions, PTO increases yearly, employee discounts. *$1500 Hiring Bonus paid at the successful completion of 180 days of continual employment.
