The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) secures the trustworthiness of the United States Government's workforce, the integrity of its cleared contractor support, and the uncompromised nature of its technologies, services, and supply chains through vetting, industry engagement, counterintelligence support, and education. The Human Capital Management Office (HCMO) provides the agency with critical employee development, position management, recruitment, strategic planning and analytics, and performance management that the agency needs to accomplish its mission. This individual will work closely with a team of human capital policy specialists and instructional systems developers to support HCMO's strategic objectives. Qualifications
    • TS/SCI clearance required
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred, preferably in Human resources, Industrial/Organizational psychology, Human Capital Management, or another related field
    • Eight (8) years of experience directly related to the following functional areas:
    • A: Experience conducting position management reviews to ensure pay grade, organizational structure, and other position based attribute consistency
    • B: Experience utilizing social media platforms that support and promote agency level communication and outreach efforts
    • C: Experience developing recruitment strategies and plans to support workforce planning initiatives
    • Three (3) years of experience must have been with DCIPS. Expert knowledge of DCIPS as demonstrated by:
    • Knowledge of DCIPS statutes, regulations, directives, instructions, etc. and their applicability across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE); or
    • Knowledge of DoD human resources statues, regulations, directives, instructions, and programs, and the DoD Human Resources/DCIPS interrelationships, as applicable; or
    • Knowledge of DCIPS organizations and/or those entities affected by DCIPS; or
    • Experience supporting DCIPS policy interpretation, pay pools, performance management, awards, programs, or hiring and staffing programs; or
    • Experience drafting DCIPS information documents or providing DCIPS briefings to employees, supervisors, managers, or leaders of an organization populated with DCIPS positions
    • Onsite location is Quantico, VA. Telework permitted with permission from COR
