Job Description

Chrome Wellness Center is looking for a dynamic Personal Trainer to join our team at our Spokane location!

Responsibilities of the Personal Trainer
-Focus on changing lives through the utilization of service, science, and sales
-Follow proper execution of all payment transaction policies and procedures
-Document daily workouts for liability and adherence to national certification standards

-Demonstrate proper, safe, and effective exercise instruction: You must be able to provide proper coaching, instruction, and motivation during a client training session. -You should have a working knowledge of the human body (i.e. muscles, movements, functions, etc.), and be able to provide appropriate progressions and regressions for a client’s goals and abilities.

-Provide ongoing accountability, health, and fitness education: We support clients with their health and fitness needs. You will help provide education on various topics that empower and inspire them to lead healthy lives.

-Positive mental outlook and high energy that inspires, motivates and keeps the client engaged and looking forward to their next workout with you.

Requirements of the Personal Trainer
-A degree in a related field is preferred but not required (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, Fitness Specialist, etc.)
-Personal Training experience strongly preferred

-Knowledge of proper nutrition and effects of calories and macros in relation to client goals and training program
-Physical effort required for daily duties include: lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting & prolonged standing and walking
-Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

-Flexibility to adapt to increase of client schedule, ability to cover teammates client with notice, ability to be productive between clients.

-SHIFT – Will be discussed upon interview

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
