Agency Administrators, Inc. is expanding and we have an opening for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our award winning team.

Agency Administrators, Inc. is an independent insurance agency service center successfully serving clients throughout CT, NY, MD, KS, NC, SC, FL and more.

As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to our clients by answering phone call and email requests politely and professionally

-Accurately and quickly handle endorsements, binder & id card requests, payments and billing questions, cancellations, take claim information and report to carriers, as well as other questions on their insurance policies, coverage reviews and recommendations in all lines of personal insurance

-Use of agency management system to ensure proper notification for future look up, attaching of files, agency templates to contact clients by email or mail and follow ups of downloads for changes

Skills and Specifications:

To excel in this position, you must be self-motivated and competitive with a drive to learn.? You must also have solid organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, as well as a strong work ethic. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to quickly establish a rapport with customers.

2 years of experience holding a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License

Demonstrate an ability to develop trust and credibility easily and quickly

Must possess prior insurance industry experience and a proven service ability to maintain and develop strategic business relationships with current and new clientele.

Possess exceptional communication skills

Experience with Applied EPIC a plus
