Personal Injury Attorney

Plaintiffs’ law firm in Los Angeles specializing in serious personal injury cases seeking attorneys with 2+ years’ experience in litigation. Position requires ability to manage and prosecute cases, excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Competitive compensation package including commission, medical insurance, State Bar membership dues, and more.

You will have access to paralegal and secretarial support, as well as law and motion assistance so that you can focus on strategy and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Prosecuting cases from start to finish
• Conducting and/or defending depositions
• Court appearances
• Performing legal research
• Interviewing experts

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to California Bar
• 2+ years civil litigation experience in relevant area
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter who takes ownership of executing tasks
• Ability to manage and prioritize large and complex case-load
