Personal Injury Attorney (FT)

• The candidate must be practicing for a minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases in Florida.
• The candidate must have experience with cases during the pre-suit and litigation stages in Florida Circuit courts.
• The candidate must have experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.

• There will be a monthly base pay/draw plus commissions dependent on fees to firm generated.
• The base pay/draw will consist of $8,000 -$10,000 per month plus commissions depending on experience. There is no limit to what you can make. The more you produce the more you make.
• A base salary between $8,000-$10,000 will commence for approximately 4 months then the draw pay will start with the opportunity to make at least $120,000-$250,000/yr depending on the candidate's performance and work ethic but the candidate has the potential to make more.
• $500.00 per month applied to health insurance. The firm pays for a $100,000.00 life insurance policy and offers vision or dental insurance as well as supplemental insurance.
• Six personal/ sick days per year accumulated at half a day per month.
• Ten vacation days per year after the first year and a 401k the employer contributes 3% of income too.
