Personal assistant/House Manager position open for a female business owner.
This position will take place mostly in Katy but may include trips to Houston where the business is located as well.
The schedule will include evenings and could include some weekends.
Must be willing to be flexible in availability and tasks. We are looking for a “Jack or Jill of all trades” who can jump in at a moments notice.
Must drive a mid to large SUV or Minivan.
Personality Traits:
Must be lighthearted, positive, and can keep up with an ESFP personality. This job can be demanding, but employees are always treated with respect and kindness.
In addition to the above, the right fit for this position will be fiercely loyal, trustworthy, and incredibly dependable. They will also be coachable, willing to learn, take ownership of their actions, flexible in their schedule and have the ability to learn and take on new tasks outside their current skill set. Preference given to those without too many other obligations who can be available last minute when needed.
Overseeing the children's homework and projects is needed. Candidates must work well with children and be fair, patient and kind.

- The ability to organize both in an office and home environment
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative with new tasks
- Handy with small household/office tasks (updating computers, hanging pictures, setting up furniture etc)

Personal tasks may include:
- Overseeing homework for the children
- Meal prep/cooking/shopping
- Picking up the children from school, taking to activities etc
- Gifts for family members
- Small projects and repairs
- Hiring and overseeing labor work in the home
- Cleaning and organizing
- Organize activities for home and for work
- Book travel and plan vacations
- Keeping the house calm and tidy
- Returns and purchases
Professional tasks may include:
- Deal with incoming calls and emails
- Preparing videos/presentations
- Filing and organization of home and office
- Reminding the business owner of important tasks and deadlines
- Assuring that the business owner is on schedule
- Can easily draft well worded emails
- Can research any topic with ease
