Job Description

CEO of A Remote Consulting Company and HomeCare Agency Seeking a “Personal” Assistant and Nanny to assist with a variety of Business and Life Management Tasks.

This is a W-2 On the Books Position with opportunity for growth. Position is part-time 12-20 hours per week with possibility of increase on some occasions.

Position is Ideal for a Senior in Highschool or College Student or even a Housewife.

Must be Available Monday-Friday from 8am-9am if needed and 3:30-5:30pm. Flexible Scheduling considered around 10 year olds schedule and activities and around CEO’s (Moms).

Must be Local to Westbury/East Meadow Area

Must drive and own their own Vehicle. Gas and Spending if needed will be covered.

Must be able to transport as needed.

Must be willing to Travel to New Jersey or Florida if needed (With Advance Notice). All Travel expenses covered.

Must be tech savvy, able to answer emails, learn basic administrative tasks, juggle a personal and professional calendar if needed.

Must be able to assist with Household Tasks as needed.

Must love dogs and be willing to walk Dog if needed. (Small Dog)

Must be able to schedule and communicate with Housekeeper and Company Employees or schedule Dog walker if needed.

Must be Available On-Call as needed.

Skills Seeking:

Excellent Communication, A desire to learn the Home Care Industry, Must love children and dogs, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, willingness to go above and beyond.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
