Currently, we are seeking to hire a Retail People Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a People Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating organization-wide efforts to ensure that People are at the forefront of our culture. You support with building field talent acquisition as well as conducting full life cycle Retail recruitment in sourcing the best talent for Lovesac. The position provides special guidance and assistance to Retail Field Management on various Talent focused initiatives.
This position will report into Corporate Headquarters based Stamford, CT and will require flexibility to work both onsite as well as remote.
Summary of Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a business partner to field leadership to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction.
- Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
- Support field leadership with recruitment of full-time field Associates. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
- Conduct presentations and training.
- Assists the team and management with projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in full-time Retail recruitment.
- Consistent ability to work both remotely and report into Corporate Headquarters or designated showroom, as required and in accordance with Lovesac policies, CDC and State Guidelines.
- Experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
- Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings.
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems and affirmative action plan requirements.
- Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
- Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapts to a changing business environment.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, able to listen and can use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.
- Must take accountability and responsibility for your actions.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.

- Proficiency required in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Must comply with the standards, policies, and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook.
- Must be capable of using and operating all equipment as required, including but not limited to: iPad, laptop, etc. Be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor or in our warehouse.
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for occasional meetings and conferences using various forms of transportation.
