We’re looking for an amazing Human Resources professional to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for seeking out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through strategy and data analytics. You will assist in the planning, deployment, and follow-up of operational strategies aimed at maximizing the organization’s resources and its financial outcome. This position includes facilitating preparation and review of budget and forecast processes through preparing analyses of current or proposed operations and providing timely and concise recommendations to improve results and performance.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports relating but not limited to planning budgets, staffing, travel rotation volumes and annual goal measurements
- Work with the Accounting department to ensure accurate preparation of monthly financial statements (facilitate A/P, analyze GL account activity, prepare or review other supporting documentation)
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes by conducting insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Conduct and coordinate financial, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the People Team
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide business analytics to identify performance trends, unexpected behaviors, or growth opportunities
- Other related duties according to business needs (Invoice approval and coding, monthly travel analysis, payroll analysis, crew admin reporting)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field or equivalent experience
- Business or Financial Analysis: 1-2 years (Required)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Possessing knowledge, experience, and capabilities in the development of solutions, recommendations or outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Financial reporting skills
- Business budgeting skills
