PENETRANT WASHER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technician will be required to:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred – but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to communicate in English – desired.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to:
Stand; frequently required to walk and use both hands to handle parts; reach with both arms and hands; talk and hear. The employee will be required to lift objects up to 40 pounds. Close vision is required.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to oil dye and solvents. The noise and temperature levels are usually moderate.

Employee must follow department safety guidelines and general foundry safety rules. Safety regulations are posted in the department and throughout the foundry.

- Process hardware through dye penetrant process per applicable customer requirements and/or specifications
- Follow written process procedures under the direction and guidance of the Level II or Level III technician

- Ability to follow instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Must meet the qualification requirements and mandated test requirements for certification in penetrant inspection methods when applying for position: beyond Entry-level.:
