Pediatric Home Care Nurse (RN Or LPN)

Primecare Homecare is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to monitor all aspects of a child’s care while coordinating with health care team members to assess patient care plans. No prior pediatric experience is required as training is available.

• Full-time/Part-time

Ideal Candidates will be expected to:

• Monitor all aspects of a patient’s care
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and measure the patient’s condition
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records

Qualifications

Must have experience with Trach/Vent.

• Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion
• Criminal Background Check and Clearance
• Recent One-Step Tuberculosis or Chest X-Ray
• Reliable Transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Trach/Vent: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid/CPR Certification (Preferred)
• TB skin test (Preferred)
• RN/LPN License (Preferred)
