Ohio based, Akron Children’s Hospital is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in early 2022.This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative, transformative team in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine as you deliver care to pediatric patients and adult burn patients. The successful candidate will join a well-established team of 17 Pediatric Anesthesiologists and 30+ CRNA’s that provide anesthesia and pain management services to tens of thousands of young patients each year, as well as approximately 10% adult population.Akron Children’s Hospital’s anesthetic volume is approximately 20,000 cases for all Pediatric Specialties, including, but not limited to, a Level I Burn Center, Neonatal Intensive Care, a Level II Trauma Center, Acute Pain and Cardiac services.
Requirements:The incumbent will be BE/BC in Pediatric Anesthesia and will have the ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Ohio.
