The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Pediatrics - Haskell, NJ

The Phoenix Center is seeking Full Time & Part Time Activities Aide for our Pediatric Unit. Our facility is a 227 bed skilled nursing center for pediatric and geriatric residents. We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term or long-term care. At The Phoenix Center, we have a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate team who cares for our residents.

About the position:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Activity Director in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that an on-going program of activities designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident is maintained.

Requirements:

Must have High School diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
