PCA Personal Care Assistant

Guardian Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring Personal Care Assistants to Help impact the lives of our residents.

We are searching for Personal Care Assistants who are inspired to assist others.

This is an opportunity requiring no experience and no license. You will be provided with paid training.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age; there is no minimum education requirement. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Must be able to pass a Level II background and drug screening and test Negative for Covid-19 before starting. Must be Covid Vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated.

As a Personal Care Assistant at our Facility, you will assist the nursing team to make a difference in the lives of our treasured residents:

· Making an Occupied or Unoccupied Bed

· Passing Fresh Ice Water

· Passing Meal Trays/Open cartons packets

· Checking Resident Temps

· Answering call lights

· Provide 1:1 social visit to residents

· Assist residents with personal services

· Assisting the Resident with Getting Dressed

· Assisting with Hearing Aids

This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity to grow into a Certified Nursing Assistant!
