We seek people who:
- Develop, communicate and monitor all payroll functions with our managed service client Ceridian. This includes multi tax jurisdiction and multi divisional environment incorporating exempt, non-exempt, commissions, and other non-standard forms of pay
- Manages a team of payroll representatives to ensure accurate and efficient payroll is completed following company polices and legal requirements
- Compile and report payroll data to outside agencies on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Responsible for reviewing, approving, and locking payrolls for processing to Ceridian
We seek people with these qualifications:
- Payroll Experience 5+ years
- Supervisory experience 5+ years preferred
- Superior Customer Service skills, including the ability to articulate payroll information and respond to manager and associate inquiries effectively and timely
- High level of confidentiality
- Unwavering attention to detail
- SAP and/or Ceridian experience preferred
