Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication skills required.

- Knowledge of Call Center phone systems and registration/insurance verification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology is required.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with computerized scheduling system is required.
