How you’ll contribute:
Before providing clinical service, patients must be enrolled in the programs their providers offer. HealthXL offers a unique service to our providers and patients through our effective Accelerated Enrollment Program (AEP).
Working from HealthXL’s Tampa office, you will maintain a level of personal production allowing you to lead by example as you evaluate and promote best practices, provide ongoing training/coaching in effective sales/closing techniques and maximize connections, enrollments and efficiencies. You will use creative methods to encourage fun, friendly team competitions and leverage incentives to motivate engagement, encourage comradery and improve performance. You will collaborate with other leadership team members to ensure continued growth and excellence across the company.

Overview
HealthXL provides Virtual Care Services to qualified Medicare patients, specifically Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), in accordance with CMS guidelines. Reporting to Care Services Manager, the Patient Enrollment Team Lead (PETL) focuses on leading the enrollment team to maximize the number of eligible patients enrolled in the CCM and RPM programs. In addition to scheduling, training, coaching, and monitoring the enrollment specialists, maintains a level of monthly personal production. Demonstrates and trains on the use of efficient, effective sales techniques to close enrollments at target rates. The PETL cultivates an environment where individual and team efforts are recognized and rewarded, while also promoting sales and operating best practices. This is an in-office position based in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Leads enrollment team on a daily basis to achieve pre-established patient enrollment objectives
- Trains, coaches, and monitors individual ESs to maximize Patient Enrollment Rates (“PER”)
- Tracks individual ES production to maximize connected calls and close rates to ensure individual and team goals are met
- Maintains a level of personal performance in leading by example, evaluating new techniques, maintaining SME skills, and staying abreast of and establishing best practices
- Monitors new account pipeline, and current staff capacity to anticipate hiring needs
- Provides ongoing coaching/training for ESs in effective sales/closing techniques
- Collaborates with leadership to facilitate weekly AEP team meetings
- Uses creative methods to encourage friendly team competitions and leverages incentives to motivate engagement, encourage comradery and improve performance
- Responds within 24 hours to all communication
- Reviews monthly PER and contact rates by ESs and addresses deficiencies as required
- Reviews weekly production reports and metrics to identify areas of deficiency and respond with training and counseling
Qualifications
- Demonstrates values consistent with iCARE (Integrity, Growth, Excellence)
- Extremely goal oriented, tendency to challenge the status quo, creative, fun
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or commensurate work experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional business experience, preferably in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment. Some leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate program values and ultimately close sales
- Healthcare experience a plus but not required
- Solid understanding of and ability to communicate effective sales skills
- Detail-orientation as it relates to leading and managing a sales team
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple competing priorities, and meet production goals
- A quick study on business software applications
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
